Shopping Policy


1. DELIVERY CHARGES

E-Krushi GROCERY charges between Rs-100 to Rs-300 per invoice for delivery depending upon the radius from the operating location. For the nearby areas of Bengaluru, Delivery Charges will depend and can be increased as well if the areas of the delivery range beyond the limit from the operating location.

Delivery charges are only meant for the radius of the location from the operating zone and for the size of the order. Customer can place as small as or as big as order for the products, there is no limit applied for the variants of the size of the order. Weight also matter, only charges are applied for the location and for the orders above 50 kg will be charged accordingly (customer, will be contacted and information will be provided- customer will be requested to pay the additional amount through the medium of UPI).

2. LIMITATIONS- GEOGRAPHICAL

E-Krushi GROCERY is currently operating in Bengaluru and it’s nearby places and that too delivery is also available for the same. Customer is requested to kindly make the cart, and then shoot an e-mail to support@E-Krushis.com or else call on 9844021428 to get an shipping estimate and confirmation as well whether the delivery is possible or not. DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE PAYMENT BEFORE CONFIRMATION. Once the payment (before confirmation) is made neither E-Krushi GROCERY nor the PAYMENT GATEWWAY will be responsible for the refunds.

3. DELIVERY PERIODS and METHODS

E-Krushi GROCERY calculates the delivery charges at the time of generating the invoices by the website and it will be automatically applied to the order placed before the checkout process. COD is strictly not available. Payment has to be made at the time of generating the order.

If in case, the radius seems to be exceeded and the charges are not applied in the invoice, the customer will be requested and contacted to pay the rest of the amount through the UPI mode before proceeding the order itself.

All the orders placed after 04:00 PM are obvious to get delivered the next day, only in case of an emergency the order can be considered for the same day delivery (customer is requested to contact once on 9844021428 and confirm first).

Any order placed after 04:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day. This might change a bit depending on the circumstances based on the location or any local issue (particularly due to COVID).

4. DELIVERY TIME and TRACKING

E-Krushi GROCERY provides the easy tracking of the Status. Once the order has been placed, customer is regularly being notified through the status till the order gets delivered. Tracking of delivery is available in the concern of all the products which are ordered.

E-Krushi GROCERY sends own people for the Delivery within the town. If, in case there is an order outside the Hometown (after confirmation) channel will be arranged, and the customer will be regularly updated for the same. DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS (particularly outside Bengaluru) if someone uses the name of E-Krushi GROCERY and tries to deliver the order. E-Krushi GROCERY uses a proper channel of contacting the customer and notifies every single action. Customer is requested to be vigilant at the own hand as well and contact once on either 9844021428 before accepting any suspicious order.
